I tried some of the Flash based (or downloadable) games and I liked all of them. They can all be a bit depressing but offer a fair amount of introspection if you have the right mindset.
- Every day the same dream by LaMolleindustria is "A short existential game about alienation and refusal of labour".
- One Chance by AwkwardSilence is "a game about choices and dealing with them."
- Freedom bridge by necessary games is "a very small notgame about Freedom Bridge, in Korea. Takes about two minutes to play through.
- And Passage by Jason Rohrer is a game about life. Maybe read his explanation AFTER you played the game.
To sum it up, you will probably invest not even half an hour to play all 4 games through and still I feel changed afterwards. Give it a try!
